The history of Nordmeccanica in the past 30 years is the history of coating and lamination itself. Starting with the first machines built in the 70's all the way through to the most recent and highly innovative Triplex SL One Shot, the growth in Nordmeccanica has been equally harmonized between production capability and expansion of export: starting at 3000m2 (33,000sqf) of production facilities in the early days, up to today’s 23.500m2 (250,000sqf), with 65% global market share and with over 1850 machines installed.

NOSELAB srl was founded up in 1985 as a trade company operating in the field of laboratory measuring instruments, especially for textile and paint industries.
Since 2000 we have been enlarging our product range to cover other aspects of material measuring and testing and moreover we have been developing test equipment for reaction to fire in cooperation with the utmost Research Institutes and Certification Laboratories.
In 2009 a new production plant started and brought the company to specialize in physical and mechanical tests on plastic materials.
Nowadays NOSELAB is a modern company that has been working for more than 25 years with professionalism, creativity and commitment, developing services and products for laboratory tests in various industrial fields.

The Nuova Arzano firm has worked for over 50 years in the national and international field in the sale of all concerning the second working glass. They export in many European and extra European countries due to the participation at 2 of the most important fairs of the sector: Milan and Duesseldof. They can supply to their customers from the smallest claims to complete equipment, vertical and horizontal machines for small, medium and big productions of insulating glass besides aluminum, silicones, dopes, molecular sieves, and over 1.500 articles all in prompt delivery, with the satisfaction of their customers being the confirmation of the excellent work they have done over the years. They have improved their usual range of products by adding brand new ones for tempered glass and shower box accessories, such as glass hinges with spring, door knobs, sliding door kits, steady supporting bars and pull handles which we're actually distributing over Italy and exporting worldwide, with an excellent quality-cost ratio.

Nuova Era was founded in the latter half of the 80's. In a short space of time, the company has established itself as a leader in the field of industrial automation on foreign markets as well as on domestic ones. Nuova Lecon Srl, born in 1987 and located in the region of Emilia-Romagna, can provide complete plants for the production of: ceramic tiles, sanitaryware, tableware, building bricks, klinker, stoneware, refractories, technical ceramics, artistic ceramics, and powder metallurgy.

Nuova O.M.I.P. SpA was born in 1970 under the name of OMIP Snc  and it was composed by four operating units. It was placed in a little building of 60 square meters, with equipment suitable to make processing for third parties on the behalf of the mechanical workshops manufacturing plants for ceramic industries.

During the next couple years, thanks to a good experience in the production of glazing lines, O.M.I.P. entered into business collaboration with some ceramic industries placed in the next area, and worked out the first maintenance operations and restorations.

O.M.I.P received some good advice, and began planning the first simple equipment directly for the users; consequently O.M.I.P. needed more space and work power, so in 1973 they built the first building of 300 square meters and increased the operating units from six, to eight. Accordingly, O.M.I.P. Snc became O.M.I.P. Srl.

Production

Injection and compression moulds.

OCF was established in 1980 in Castiglione Olona ( Varese ), the company is specialized in designs and manufacture dies and calibrator system to extrude profiles in thermoplastic materials such as : PVC - Soft PVC - Foam PVC - ABS - PS - PMMA - PC - NORYL.

The company has always been able to provide customers with professional competence and quality products that are thoroughly researched so as to resolve profile extrusion difficulties and reduce them to the minimum. OCF combines tried and tested experience with competent technical assistance that allows customers to count on an optimum service plus prompt and decisive technical interventions.

The die plates and the parts that connect to the extruder feature channelling systems able to balance and distribute the flows in an even way. This ensures that high and continuous production rates are achieved.

The gauging equipment and capillary cooling system applied to the main gauges, along with modular immersion or vacuum type tanks complete with diaphragms allow high production rates to be obtained without impairing the quality of the profiles.

The department where the extruded product Is inspected and subjected to final tests is outfitted with 8 extrusion lines able to comply with all production requirements and satisfy the specific needs of customers who can personally verify the functionality of the equipment and quality of the profiles during the actual tests or pre-sampling phases.
