CERMAC S.R.L. is a leading manufacturing company based in Arzignano, the heart of the tanning industry in Italy. It started back in 1995 as reseller of spare parts, but, starting from 2003, it focused on the production of spare parts suitable for tannery splitting machines like MERCIER, MOSCONI, ALPESPAK, RIZZI, POLETTO and TURNER.

To date, we have a specialized workshop where we manufacture spare parts with the latest CNC machine technology, the best quality certified raw materials and the care and attention that the technical office puts into every detail, thanks to almost 30 years of experience in the tannery machines industry.
What we offer is an all-around service, and the technology we have allows us to produce standard spare parts but also make modifications to comply with our clients' needs.

The Company has been working in the field of Tanning Machinery and Accessories since 1952. Its Founder and current General Manager is Benozzo Bagnoli, assisted now by his sons Stefano and Andrea. The Company is located in the greatest Italian tanneries area and is closely connected with the best leather producers, worldwide famous for the high technology and the quality of their products. No doubt that CO.MA.CO. is the oldest Italian supplier of Accessories for Tannery and it has been the first Italian exporter of these products all over the world.

Active in the branch since 1943, Comelz became a joint-stock company in 1981 when it moved to a modern new plant. Ever since Comelz specialized in the production of machines for the closing-room, it developed more recently its commercial space with a CAD software for shoe design and with numerically controlled CAM machines for the cutting of fiberboard, insoles, leather and synthetic materials.

Also significant is the presence in the stitching branch with a motor for sewing machines which combine brushless technology with an “intelligent” control unit oriented to automatic sewing units.

With its branch offices, Comelz is commercially present in the most important shoe-factories in industrialized areas. The capability of controlling the employed technologies, designing and manufacturing software, mechanics, electronics and motors, reflects in the great quality and innovation of Comelz products.

Cosmopol was established in 1997 acquiring some important machines of Torti e Salgemmo Company of which we are always producing original spare-parts. In the following years they increased their range of machines for soles working with important machines that became as a reference and filing international brands.

In December 2005 Cosmopol bought the brand and machines of RASCHIONI, Company leader in roughing machines for PU/ EVA /RUBBER soles that increase more of their range of products. With last acquiring of brand and production of HESPERIA , historical Company (from 1931) on pretrimming machines, Cosmopol can now offer full line for soles working on leather, synthetic, PU, EVA material, etc. Cosmopol also produces some special machines for bottom and upper working. They are member of Assomac to maintain good relations with all factories of their market.

Established in 1973 under the name of Idronova 84 Srl, Ecoplus Srl took over and continued Idronova's activities in 1999. Initial technology mainly targeted at tannery liquid waste processing developed in time and was made suitable to satisfy the needs of other industrial businesses and civil waste processing plants.

Recent detailed in-depth research in various situations led us to design and manufacture plants for total or partial reuse of treated water. Available water resources are becoming increasingly insufficient to satisfy demand, so their future program is mostly directed at developing adequate treated water reuse technologies, also based on the experience accrued from manufacturing drinking water production plants.

EL.VI Srl were born in 1983 based on Mr. Vittorio Bonomis's, owner and founder, undoubted experience, as before, for about twenty years, he had been the owner of a similar company in the footwear area. In a few years the firm made themselves know for the care and technology applied in the design and manufacture of their machines. Their success, accomplished thanks to the quality their range of articles and the dynamism of their sales network, places them at the highest levels in the field.

Emmecipi Srl was born in 1970 in Gambolò, within the mechanical-shoe district of Vigevano: one of the most important centers worldwide for the technology of machines for footwear and leather goods.

Falan is specialized in manufacturing industrial sewing machines (double thread) since over 60 years to sew the soles. A wide range of models, exported all over the world, are to the service of the industry, but for the small workshops as well. The after sale assistance is assured by the most famous shoe machinery resellers. Falan occupies a leader position also in virtue of several patented innovations. The most famous one is the N.T.S. system for the shuttle thread loading by a continuous and automatic device.

Since 1924, the foundation year, the business structure has developed according to the requests of the markets and now the following organized departments are available: Research & Development and Planning by CAD 3D, Rapid Prototyping, Electric planning, hardware & software, CNC mechanical works, Spare part stock, After-sales service, Purchase, Commercial and Administrative.
