The company ,born in the early 70's, thanks to the initiative of its founder and new members later, yet still operating within the company, has specialized in the design, construction, and installation of equipment to treat gaseous, dusted and liquids, pollutants; Currently the company employees are about 60 employees, including a dozen in the engineering department engaged in the design and development of contracts. With experience and professionalism of qualified technicians, and able to offer appropriate solutions for each type and environmental issues with a focus in trapping pollutants which is often a heavy problem for the complexity of production processes within processing departments. We have developed technologies dedicated to these issues, which fully satisfies the required functions from any facility of this nature, that are: 1) pollutant interception 2) conveyance of pollutants to the scrubbers 3) removal of pollutants of any kind with either conventional filter media and with the aid of chemical reagents dedicated 4) control and monitoring of emissions downstream of the scrubbers 5) noise reduction technology With the help of simulation systems in our laboratory, we are able to design and test every single component of the system with the goal of maximizing efficiency to achieve an outcome that respects the limits imposed by law with less energy.

Evolut foundry applications: Aluminium, cast-iron casting and core fettling, gravity chilling, robotised cells for o sandblasting process, core assembling cells. Each process can be managed through Hawk++ vision systems which are able to identify and detect different kinds of objects thanks to sophisticated research algorisms, to identify their positions, angular orientations and to check burr presence. In this last case, used for fettling processes, the vision system interacts with the robot modifying its path and its velocities according to the burr itself. Another Evolut know-how in fettling processes is the 3D programming system. It is a programme allowing: 1) the process simulation permitting to programmers to carry out the real simulation of a plant functioning.2) Off-line programming. That corresponds to the step after simulation. The complete cell programme is filled in and tested in 3D environment 3)Cad-cam function. The programme is transferred to the cell and becomes the actual working programme. The vision system and 3D programming combination create high flexibility in cells and guarantee a dramatic reduction in cell standstills during production changes. Evolut is going the globalization way. The first after-sale centres have been opened in Germany and Spain.

FRITZ HANSBERG is a privately owned company based in Modena, Italy. Our specialty is the design and manufacture of core making and green sand molding equipment. During 50 years of activity in the foundry industry, FRITZ HANSBERG has steadily developed and consolidated the technical excellence that has been the hallmark of the Company since its very first days, when the German engineer and foundryman, Fritz Hansberg, designed and patented the first Coreshooter (1949). Entirely controlled and managed by the Hansberg family, FRITZ HANSBERG currently employs about 50 people. All activities are concentrated on one single site in Modena covering 20,000 m2 of which over 6,000 m2 of office and production buildings. The latest CAD/CAM technology and NC machining centers are employed in the design and manufacture of our equipment.
