The temperature and humidity of the facility are tightly controlled by a modern air-conditioning system in order to guarantee the best efficiency. The air is filtered to keep out dust and dirt particles in order to guarantee the highest quality and precision. This is the basis for the reliability of the spindles. When a customer visits an Omlat plant, he can immediately see that the product he buys is manufactured with the greatest care. All the production processes are computer controlled and utilize the newest technology, fully automatic machines that can operate around the clock. Since every step of the complex design and manufacturing process, including material treatment, are internally controlled, Omlat is fully responsible for the performance and reliability of its products.
