The company, founded in 1961, immediately gained success as the leader into the Special Shoes Machinery branch. In cooperation with Ovic Lince (CAD-CAM systems) and with TEK-MET (steel components) it is available to offer a complete and immediate service to the customers, with the intention of satisfying more and more the market's demands. At present it covers a surface of m2 5.000 and all the machines are developed and produced directly from Vigevano's factories. The point of focus of Torti Srl is to supply machines and innovative processes based on the research of manufacturing and to bring out the value of the manufactured product.

TOSA solutions are tailor made based on specific production requirements and include a range of products which meet wrapping and movement requirements for all kinds of palletized loads: wrapping machines that use stretch film on rotating arm or platform, rotating rings with top sheet dispenser for water-proof or dust-proof protection and movement systems powered by chains or rollers. Each machine can be equipped with different options including: - Pre-stretching film-roll assembly which enables a steadier wrap and saves on stretch film; - Top presser to increase stability of product during wrapping; - Sealing device suitable for sealing stretch film at end of cycle; - New patented technology for automatic change of film reel (in 30 seconds or less)
