IMAF SpA, established in 1961, soon became the leading company in the production of chemicals for pre-printing, especially damping solutions and solvent mixtures for cleaning of printing presses. In years it also became an important reference point for users in the field for the sale of all the consumption products for pre-printing and printing.

It is equipped with an extremely advanced automatic plant for solvent mixtures, destined to cleaning of printing presses, rubber blankets and films. A modern and well equipped workshop is also present, which has been manufacturing for over 25 years: exposure frames and processing machines for the treatment of offset plates, cooling units to handle damping solution and special equipment for water treatment and recycling.

For many years its products have been appreciated and used by photoengravers, lithographic shops and publishing houses, both on sheet-fed printing machines and roto-offset web (newspapers and heat set web) that are directly serviced from the headquarters in Peschiera Borromeo (Milan) or from a wide network of dealers all over the world.
