La Minerva was established in Bologna in 1945, on the initiative of Mario Chiodini. Backed by the founder's experience in the electromechanical sector, the company got off to an auspicious start. As time went on, its prospects remained bright thanks to the entrepreneurial skills of the whole family, whose modern, marketing-oriented managerial approach led them to pursue a successful strategy of product diversification.
