Orion N is our traditional in-line palletiser. Depending on the chosen model, the product's infeed level is low (LF-N and Z) or high (HM-N), with steady (LF-N and Z) or moving pallet (HM-N).
The Orion Z model derived from the N model with the only difference of the integrated layer pushing system.
The range is completed by the Orion Advance model, a low level infeed palletiser with double sliding table ensuring high performance with reduced dimensions.

Packaging

Mizar is our layer forming system: flexible and extremely precise, this device answers to the need of handling any type of package, even the most delicate.
The accumulated products are separated and transferred, individually or in batches, towards the manipulation belt.
Mizar forms the layer using one or more manipulators, which shift and/or rotate the packs (positive manipulation). The manipulators are available in two variants: Cartesian or robotic.
Both versions use gripping heads operated by brushless motor, ensuring maximum precision and optimum control of clamping force.

Our LGV vehicles integrate perfectly well to any palletizing end-of-line, thanks to a wide range of highly modular and flexible solutions.
In order to meet this demand, our Laser guided vehicles (LGV) movement management application: AGV Manager, as well as various battery change solutions have been developed.
These vehicles are free to move at high speed and they are not anchored to structures embedded in the floor, so that any change to vehicle routes can be made by simply modifying the software.

Libra is our high performance rotary weight filler dedicated to Lube oil. This is a body-handling machine designed to handle many types of containers and satisfying the various market requests.
 
Libra ensures the highest filling accuracy thanks to its highly advanced electronics based on algorithms developed during 20 years of application. The machine is MID certified (metrological marking on the quantity of filled product).

VIRGO is the new OCME rotary weight filler for Edible Oil.
Thanks to its high degree of flexibility and the choice between the neck and body handling options, VIRGO can meet each and every need in terms of production speed and type of container.
The VIRGO range can handle a wide variety of containers: HDPE, PET and glass bottles.
Two configurations are available on this machine:

• Medium speed range.
• High speed range

Vega HT is the shrink-wrap packer proposed by OCME and is the solution to the problem of handling thinner film and lighter bottles whilst ensuring total adaptability to different packaging format, reduced changeover times and reduced energy consumption.
Vega HT is available in various versions:

• film only
• flat pad and film
• tray and film with flat pad

The range is completed by the Vega HT Advance version for high speeds, reaching up to 100 to 150 cycles/minute.

Altair is OCME’s wraparound case packer for the beverage, food and oil sectors with speeds that range from 25 to 80 cartons per minute. The great strength of this solution lies in the wraparound phase of the carton around the product, as well as the dispensing of the glue in a perpendicular direction to the advancing product. The result is always a perfect and compact finished carton.
The packs can be produced using traditional corrugated cardboard, also micro-flute board, ensuring autonomy up to 40 minutes of continuous operation.
In addition to producing cartons, OCME's whole range of wraparound packers offers the possibility to process trays. As an option, there is also the possibility to insert partitions (pre-formed or traditional types).

Gemini HT is OCME's combined machine designed to process both wrap-around cartons and trays, with or without film. Gemini HT combines all the advantages of Altair wrap-around packers and Vega shrink-wrap packers. Our focus is on high efficiency and high productivity installations, destined to various product sectors, such as Edible oil, Lube oil and Beverage.

Packaging

Pegasus machines are divided into two families, depending on the gripping head chosen: row picking and layer picking robot.
The configuration of the robotic island is customizable according to the type of container to be processed and depending on the line speed. Before the palletising stage, the row is formed by a series of motorized conveyor belts, or the layer (in whole or in part) is formed by the Mizar forming unit. OCME gripping heads are motorized or pneumatic, equipped with plates without layer lower support (OCME patent) or are jalousie grippers. 

Packaging

Perseus N is our traditional 90° infeed palletiser. Depending on the chosen model, the product infeed level is low (LF-N and Z) or high (HF-N and HM-N), with steady (LF-N, HF-N and Z) or moving pallet (HM-N).
The Perseus Z model derived from the N model, with the only difference of  the integrated layer pushing system. The range is completed by the Perseus F model, specificly designed to process 60 L and 200 L drums.
