Italian Exports of Stone Machinery and Equipment
Italian exports of machinery and equipment slightly negative in the first 10 months of 2022.
In the first ten months of 2022, the value of Italian exports of machines, tools and other equipment for the processing of natural stone was not as good as for natural stones. On the contrary, it decreased by 2.3% compared to the same period of the previous year.
If we consider the top 10 of the main buyers of Italian machinery and equipment, Italian sales indicate that in the United States by 38.8% (ranked first in sales), in Germany by 14% (ranked third), in France by 27.6% (4)
According to the Market Trends Analysis of Confindustria Marmomacchine, the National Association representing the Italian Marble and Stone Machinery and goods industries, the 'Top Ten Buyers' of Italian machinery and equipment in the first 10 months of 2022 include two North American countries, which are:
#1- USA (Sales increased 38.8%)
#7 - Canada (Sales increased by 19.2%)
In the first 10 months of 2022, Italian export of Italian Machinery and Equipment to the United States was more than three times the exports to Spain (2), and approximately 3.2 times the exports to Germany (3).
