Ormamacchine is located in Torre Boldone, near Bergamo, in the Region of Lombardy, not far from Milan. Its manufacturing facilities cover about 12.000 m2, plus 1000 m2 for offices. It employs 150 people and has a yearly turnover of about 22 millions Euro (2006 data).

The PASQUATO range of sheeters can be used to slit and cross cut materials from a roll in one operation; all the sheeters are available with a working width ranging from 59' up to 137', and can cut the following materials:

Our standard sheeter, model TE 15 can cut rolls of material weighing up to max. 200 lb.

If you need to cut heavier rolls of material, the sheeter can be equipped with an unwinding roll stand for jumbo-rolls up to 2200 lb.

This unwinding roll stand has a tension control device.

The rotating knives slit the material and the nip-rollers (driven by a variable speed motor) unwind it to a precise, variable pre-set length. The cross cut blade, which is self sharpening works on the scissors principal and does not have to be changed or adjusted when cutting material of a different thickness or type.

With the help of an anti-static bar and air cushion, the cut sheets are stacked on a table, which is automatically lowered when the stack becomes higher.

R.E.G. GALBIATI SRL

Almost sixty years have gone by since the brothers Angelo and Luciano Galbiati founded "RADIO ELETTRONICA GALBIATI" in 1948, building and selling the first high frequency welders with the "REG" brand. This has been possible thanks to the theoretical knowledge of the first radar systems developed during wartime and to the work experience accrued in the post-war period in the field of inductive and capacitive heating of materials (first high frequency PVC welding systems).

From generic welders (where the composition of the finished item was exclusively entrusted to the operator's manual skill) we went to systems of a new generation where the welding process is carried out through a series of automated interlocking of materials and differentiated components according to the different application fields.

The dynamics and flexibility of Lombard family enterprises allowed "REG" to extend its know-how through a production style principally directed to the study and realization of specific systems for the different sectors.
