The intension to improve the quality of customer service was set up in 2006, by the Bonfiglioli SpA of Italy Carpiano (MI). This modern unit spread over an area of 14,075 square meters of which 6,825 square meters and was able to provide a full "package" service. In particular, Italy Bonfiglioli SpA was established to ensure quick delivery of products for the Industrial Sector (gearboxes, motors) that sector solar energy (photovoltaic inverters) to our Italian customers in various manufacturing sectors; thanks to its sales organization and production, it was able to provide in a short time all the answers both in terms of commercial product.

Being prepared in their responses, distribution, and providing pre and post-sale assistance, is a goal for Bonfiglioli which assumes primary importance.  For this Bonfiglioli SpA has assembly plants capable of providing maximum flexibility and fast delivery for configured products; in addition to a sophisticated management system of the automated warehouse in the latest generation using the most advanced technology in Italy. Their timeliness ability to interact with the market, is one of the elements that Bonfiglioli made sure to include in the management of the new headquarters of Italy Bonfiglioli SpA, which is intended to continually improve the relationship with customers; this relationship for Bonfiglioli, is the only parameter measure for their “success” in the future.
