Since 1979, Lamipress has been producing top quality mechanical components – shearing and deep drawing of sheet metal – with automatic presses from 25 to 400 tonnes.
 
Thanks to our many years’ experience, we offers a complete service, presenting as a one-stop shop for customers, as we handle all industrial processes: from design and construction of progressive dies, through the manufacturing and packaging of the finished part, which can be supplied with surface and thermal treatment.

With the use of an advanced management software, we are able to cohesively manage all the departments of the company (purchasing, sales, MRP production, statistics, etc.), which allows to speed up the collection and registration of data, as well as the production process itself, and to lower prices.

We produce industrial components for companies and multinationals in various sectors – construction, hydraulics, electronics, electromechanics, mechanical engineering, agricultural machinery, mechatronics, robotics – and have a vast customer base in Italy and abroad: Germany, India and Colombia.
 
To meet the needs of all customers, the size of workable batches ranges from 500 pieces, typical for the equipment fine-tuning and sampling phase, up to 500,000 pieces, for catering to very large-scale productions.
 
The superb quality of Lamipress manufacturing delivers excellent value for money, thanks to minimisation of external processing and an advanced quality control system with full traceability which reduces waste to as little as 0.01%.
 
Furthermore, the quality of dies is more than guaranteed: routine and non-routine maintenance is provided free of charge for the lifetime of the product, which can extend to even 35/40 years.

Over the years, the company has notably increased its investment in industrial research and development and has also received various regional subsidies because of the innovation of production processes.
