Sitma, established in 1965, is the world leader in printed media, packaging and distribution systems. Active in over 70 countries, their corporate offices and factory are located in Spilamberto (Modena) in northern Italy.

Sitma began business in manufacturing equipment for the packaging industry. Since that time Sitma has expanded and specialized in the graphic arts industry achieving leadership in this business segment by supplying high quality systems dedicated to the newspaper, magazine, as well as book and direct mail / fulfillment industries. An in-house research and development team of over 55 people ensures continuous innovation, personal knowledge and pride in the complete range of products manufactured.

The Sitma team is directly responsible for the development of all technical solutions. Projects can be individually engineered to each specific application. In two modern plants of 30,800 sqmts, a skilled staff of 240 (with an additional 60 in subsidiary companies) ensures a prompt response to today's requirements. The export market covers 70% of Stima’s activity and is managed locally through their subsidiary companies in France, Japan and United States as well as 70 agents worldwide
