The Italian Trade Agency (ITA) – Chicago Office, in partnership with Fiera di Parma, is once again organizing an expenses-paid trip to Italy for the CIBUS TEC 2026 show to provide US companies and industry professionals an opportunity to see the latest Made in Italy Food & Beverage Processing technologies.
WHAT’S INCLUDED – TRAVEL EXPENSES
The following travel expenses will be covered by our office for qualifying participants (food processors):
- ROUND TRIP AIRFARE: to/from US city of your choice to Bologna/Milan, Italy
- HOTEL: 4 nights in Parma, Italy (Check IN: Oct. 26 – Check OUT: Oct. 30)
- GROUND TRANSFERS: airport transfers to Parma and hotel–show
- MEALS: Breakfast (buffet) at hotel, Lunch (buffet) at show
- ENTRANCE PASS & BUYERS VIP LOUNGE ACCESS with lunch and amenities
PROGRAM SCHEDULE
- OCT. 25 – Departure from US city of your choice
- OCT. 26 – Arrival in Milan or Bologna – Transfer to hotel in Parma
- OCT. 27–28–29 – Trade Show Visit
- OCT. 30* – Departure from Italy to the USA*

- Attend the show on October 27, 28, 29 with check-in at the International Lounge
- Book 15 meetings with exhibitors of your choice via our online platform prior to the show and meet with those companies at the show
