Machines Italia and the Italian Trade Agency (ITA) participated at ADM 2025 – Advanced Design and Manufacturing Expo, Canada’s largest manufacturing event and one of North America’s most comprehensive showcases for machinery and manufacturing technology.
ADM 2025 brought together over 6,000 industry professionals and 350 exhibitors across six co-located trade events, each representing a critical area of modern manufacturing innovation:
• Packaging – smart and sustainable solutions for material handling and product protection
• Automation – robotics, control systems, and digital manufacturing integration
• Plastics – materials innovation and precision molding technology
• Processing – advanced machinery for food, pharmaceuticals, and industrial processes
• Design & Manufacturing – tools and solutions driving product development and prototyping
• EV Technology – components, systems, and production solutions for electric mobility
These interconnected sectors make ADM the premier meeting point for manufacturers seeking integrated technologies and cross-sector innovation.
Numerous Italian exhibitors participate in ADM 2025 with their own stand or through their agents, distributors, and importers. Among the Italian brands at the fair are: Elesa S.p.A., IMA Ilapack, Lenze S.p.A., LOVATO Electric S.p.A., PFM Packaging Machinery S.p.A., PIOVAN S.p.A., Tekima S.R.L.
As an Exhibitor, Machines Italia had a dedicated booth (#1332**) sharing its resources, information materials and providing assistance in connecting Canadian manufacturers with Italian industrial technologies that enhance efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
Visitors at the Machines Italia booth were able to browse the Company Directory, on the Machines Italia web site, which features the profiles of Italian companies excelling in packaging, automation, plastics, metalworking, and processing across 15 manufacturing sectors. They learned about Machines Italia’s network of associations —some of which include UCIMU (machine tools & automation), UCIMA (packaging machinery), AMAPLAST (plastics & rubber processing), and ASSIOT, FEDERTEC (motion and power transmission systems) — representing Italy’s excellence in industrial technology. Visitors received a complimentary copy of the Machines Italia magazine and registered for ITA’s support programs such as B2B matchmaking services, newsletters, events, which are designed to bring together Canadian manufacturers and Italian solution providers.
