SCM Canada has appointed Titan Equipment as its official machinery distributor for British Columbia and Alberta, significantly expanding its presence in two of Western Canada's most active woodworking markets. The agreement establishes Titan as the primary channel for SCM machinery sales, service, and customer support across both provinces.

The partnership is designed to enhance access to SCM technologies while improving local technical assistance. SCM Canada CEO and Country Manager Matt Fleming noted that adding Titan to their network reinforces SCM’s commitment to strengthening national service coverage and providing "best in class solutions and local support" to Canadian woodworkers.

Titan Equipment, founded in 2005, was selected for its extensive experience, technical depth, and proven ability to manage equipment specifications, installations, maintenance, and after-sales support for manufacturers of all sizes. This distribution agreement is timely, as wood manufacturers in B.C. and Alberta are modernizing production lines, increasing demand for advanced equipment like CNC machining centers. Titan's regional presence is expected to reduce response times for training, diagnostics, and parts availability, bolstering SCM Canada's infrastructure and technology accessibility in the region.
