Spazzolplastica SpA, an Italian plastics and wire winding company, is expanding its production in the United States with a new plant in Mentor, Ohio, dedicated to the manufacture of basket spools. The investment strengthens the company's presence in North America, complementing the already operating plant in Stow, Ohio, and will create 11 new jobs. The location was chosen because of the strength of the local manufacturing fabric. The expansion aims to reduce transportation time and optimize costs for U.S. customers. The project is supported by Team NEO and JobsOhio.
