As resolved at the ordinary meeting held June 23, the GIMAV Extraordinary General Assembly was held at the end of December 2021 for approval of the new contribution resolution and to complete the roster of board officers. The approval of the new Association’s Statute made it necessary to elect a Deputy Vice-President and a Vice-President responsible for Flat Glass, offices that were assigned respectively to Vice-President Nicola Lattuada, Partner at ADELIO LATTUADA Srl, and to Vice-President Nancy Mammaro, President of MAPPI INTERNATIONAL Srl.
