That’s why Machines Italia, together with its partner associations are proud to be a featured participant, supporter and/or spon- sor of major industry events. Over the course of 2020/21, Machines Italia will promote the events where Italian companies participate, listed at the end of this article.
Machines Italia @ IMTS 2020
This year IMTS SPARK is the virtual event replacing the in-person one for the 33rd edi- tion of this premier manufacturing technology show in North America. As one of the world’s leading shows for capital good technologies and machinery, Machines Italia is working with Italy’s UCIMU-SISTEMI PER PRODURRE to promote the upcoming EMO Milano 2021 exhibition in Italy (www.emo-milano.com). IMTS SPARK runs from August 14, 2020, to March 15, 2021. Traditionally at IMTS, Italy has over 100 + companies exhibiting either directly or indirectly at the show.
Machines Italia Mexico @ Fundiexpo 2021
Monterrey is expected to host the 2021 edi- tion of Fundiexpo (www.fundiexpo2021.com), the main Mexican exhibition for the foundry industry, to be held September 29-October 1, 2021. The trade show, in the CINTERMEX convention center, will showcase technology
and innovation from Mexican and international providers. Given the importance of the foundry industry for the Mexican economy, Machines Italia, via its Mexico City Office, will be taking part by hosting leading machinery and technol- ogy suppliers.
Machines Italia Provides a Glimpse into the Future of Canadian Manufacturing
The Advanced Manufacturing Outlook is a yearly survey of the Canadian manufacturing industry conducted by Plant magazine (Annex Business Media) and various business part- ners. In the 2020-2021 edition, the focus is on Industry 4.0 technologies and how they are transforming companies’ businesses. Almost 500 respondents—primarily manufacturing industry executives—participated in the sur- vey, which will be presented and discussed by a panel of experts and industry media. The report and panelists’ insights will then be col- lected and made available upon request from the Machines Italia Toronto Office. Machines Italia has been a strong supporter of the survey since 2009 and will continue its partnership for the next edition.
