Essedue slicers are entirely made of anodized or die-cast aluminium, in compliance with food contact regulations. Essedue slicers are designed to offer a simple and safe slice, meeting international standards on safety and hygiene.

Essedue is committed since the foundation to make reliable, functional and safe slicers. All slicers are produced in high-quality aluminium with stainless steel blades. Essedue slicers are certified ETL/NSF8, Nemko, Inmetro and CE, ensuring worldwide export of a very high quality product which is entirely Made in Italy. Only Italian manufacture, to ensure an even higher quality of your sliced product.
2012: ESSEDUE AND ITS ATC 350
ATC350 it’s the first patented product by Essedue. The revolutionary Knife Cut Slicer, combining a fly-wheel knife with a food holder made with a kinetic brake, maintains the organoleptic properties of the product during cutting. This invention has ensured Essedue since 2012 the title “Accredited Supplier ALMA – International School of Italian Cuisine“, the school of Chef Gualtiero Marchesi, master and rector of ALMA.
2016: ESSEDUE ACQUIRED RHENINGHAUS
In 2016 Essedue acquired Rheninghaus, a Turin based company that has produced high range professional slicers since 1950. The integration of the respective lines of production and the strong productive synergies established the real success of this forward-looking operation.Essedue Srl now owns two brands: Essedue and Rheninghaus. Rheninghaus products are still manufactured in the Turin factory by expert technicians that maintain an high quality level.
