Annual exports exceed a significant 70 percent of total industry turnover, with the North American market leading the way as the main destination. Of this turnover, almost all production goes to the packaging (60 percent) and graphics (35 percent) sectors. Italian manufacturers specialize in machinery for gravure and flexographic printing, paper and board processing, and converting.
