ELECTRIC MOTOR ASSEMBLY BY INDUCTION HEATING TREATMENT
As more electric-powered vehicles enter service, Termomacchine Srl believes that electric drive is the future of propulsion. One of the most important phases of fabricat- ing electric engines is hot assembly. This operation represents a valid alternative to coupling of metallic components, compen- sating interference by thermal expansion. Termomacchine offers its induction heating
technology for inserting the rotating shaft into the stator case and then for rotor case fitting of electric motors. Induction heating is performed with cooled multicoil inductors, supplied by frequency static converters with transistor technology. Engine unit assembly, once heated, is performed in a controlled mode by CNC driven electric presses. Website: https://www.termomacchine.com/
DCT X-CSR ENABLES RECOVERY AND REUSE OF INDUSTRIAL SOLVENTS
The current COVID-19 crisis has shown that it is mandatory to have a solid internal strategy capable of withstanding any kind of market fluctuation. Industries that use solvents—like flexible packaging, printing, or coating, among others—suffered harsh difficulties at the onset of the COVID-19 crisis. This is especially true for solvent procurement, unexpected price increases and growing demand.
Donau Carbon Technologies Srl (DCT)
patented technology, X-CSR plant, allows manufacturers to be independent from these fluctuations. X-CSR plant is a solvent recovery plant that allows the recovery of evaporated solvents coming from a polluted air stream. Its dual purpose—to reduce emissions into the atmosphere and recover volatile solvents—make this solution profitable and important in any kind of production process.
The recovered solvents are purified and can be recycled into the production process with- out having to worry about final quality. X-CSR technology is based on a combination of activated carbon adsorption and vacuum technology—the perfect “mix” to design a compact and modular plant that is easy to install and move.
Thanks to its high technology, X-CSR is completely automated and it does not need an operator’s presence. It can be remotely monitored by mobile phone or PC, with dedicated graphic pages, and it represents the state-of-the-art in safety, according to the manufacturer.
