For over 30 years our company has produced automatic lines and machine for the production of cast iron heating items, such as radiators and boiler elements for home heating. Our business began at the half of 70–s by gaining invaluable experience in "Thermoshock" technology, for the production of cores for heating radiators and boiler bodies. During the last 20 years we have been improving our business by devoting ourselves to the production of complete automatic working line and machines for aluminium radiators. Today Gi-Zeta Impianti is a top company in its field, with important references from the main Italian and international producers in foundry field. The particular care of all necessities of our customers, the flexibility of our plants and the incessant technical innovations are the characteristic of our activities. MANUFACTURING PROGRAM Foundry field: Cast iron boilers and radiators – Automatic lines for cores production with "thermoshock" technology, based on use of sand mixture, resins and other additives; – Automatic lines for cores shifting, which allows the automatic setting of the cores on the brackets of the moulding installation, and support placing machines to set supports on cores; – Models, core boxes, baking boxes to realize radiators and boilers, produced by taking care of the design and technical-productive features of each kind of element; – Element working lines, which realizes in automatic sequence, following a logic programmed by the control panel, the operations for mechanic radiator working, its inner cleaning and assembling with nipples and gaskets introduction to form batteries, testing of both single element and batteries. – Installations for mechanic working and boiler elements testing. Pressure die-cast aluminium field: working of radiators. – Units for setting and welding of the caps to the elements; – Grinding units for heads and outlines, specially designed for different kind of outlines; – Mechanic working groups for the threading of the elements, their inner cleaning and assembling with nipples and gaskets introduction to form batteries; – Pneumatic test groups for single element and groups to test assembled elements, both automatic and half-automatic ones; – Complete Working lines that realize, following a logic programmed by the control panel, all the operations above mentioned, to reach from the melting element to the assembled batteries, ready to painting. Special machinery – Gi-Zeta Impianti S.r.l. always dedicated itself to special machineries, with particular care to mechanical die-cast aluminium working units. Our associate, Bi-Zeta Engineering S.r.l., studies and reailzes systems for control and automation, and makes our group autonomous and self-sufficient in the designing and production of our installations.
