Production can be divided into four main sectors:

• Float glass tempering systems: Keraglass offers very reliable machinery with low operational costs. They range from the oscillating furnace (KFO) for pieces not larger than 30 mm to those for jumbo sheets (3210x6800mm) in order to meet all company’s needs. Keraglass designed a series of continuous tempering systems (KFC) from 37 up to 55 meter long conceived for companies producing large volumes. KFBO has been recently developed to suit the new market needs. This glass tempering and bending furnace is able to manufacture both cylindrical and spherical tempered glass with the optical qualities required by automotive glass
• Full silkscreen printing and glazing lines (L RDE): they are very easy to use and offer a great production capacity. The wide range of available models makes it possible to create tailor-made lines and, at the same time, to silkscreen print and glaze glass sheets of any size up to 2600 x 5100 mm while ensuring a high quality level in all products
• Laminating line and EVA laminating kilns
• The production of “turnkey” plants for the glass industry offers customers fully automated production lines capable of guarantying high productivity and reliability standards
