eliquidMEDIA International Inc. a Canadian company, and innovative Italian startup Radoff, recently signed a collaboration agreement that will leverage Radoff's technology and devices for radon gas monitoring and mitigation. Radon is an odorless and colorless but highly harmful gas that causes about 3,000 deaths a year in Italy alone, and in Canada, an estimated 7 percent of homes exceed safe levels.

The Canadian company will be responsible for opening North American sales channels and Canadian and U.S. certification of Radoff devices. eliquidMEDIA will also contribute to technical advances in the devices that include connectivity with both Amazon Alexa and Google Home to control Radoff devices via virtual assistant.

"The partnership with eliquidMEDIA International is very important to us. It will give our startup a far-reaching new international dimension. We will also have the opportunity to enrich our devices from a technological and scientific perspective and enter the Canadian and U.S. markets." said Radoff CEO Domenico Cassitta.

The project was presented by eliquidMEDIA to the National Research Council of Canada (NRC IRAP), as the Canadian company's CEO, Lou Tortola, equally enthusiastic about the collaboration, explained, added, "NRC-IRAP, funds medium-sized Canadian companies that can develop innovative, high-tech projects. The NRC-IRAP vote of confidence and economic assistance to this project will serve as a catalyst to mobilize new resources to be used for the development and commercialization of radon counter technologies."
