Less than six months before the debut of the second edition of RobotHeart, the most important players in the robotics industry have already confirmed that they will exhibit in the halls of 34.BI-MU, at fieramilano Rho from 9 to 12 October 2024.
ABB, ABL AUTOMAZIONE, ALTO ROBOTICS, APPLYCA, ARROWELD, AUTOMAZIONI INDUSTRIALI, BAHR MODULTECHNIK, CIA AUTOMATION AND ROBOTICS, COMAU, DCM, THE HUMAN AUTOMATION ELETTROCABLAGGI MR ROBOTICA, EWM, FANUC ITALIA, GHIDINI MACHINES, HILTI, IFM, KUKA, LABORMAK PROVIDE SOLUTION BIRDTECH, LUCAS, M.A. ROBOTICA, ROBOTECO, ROBOTUNITS ITALIA, SCAGLIA INDEVA, SCHUNK, SIR, SIRI-Italian Robotics and Automation Association, STAR AUTOMATION, STAUBLI, TECNOROBOT, TIESSE ROBOT, UNIVERSAL ROBOTS, WENGLOR SENSORI are among the exhibitors of the initiative.
“The satisfaction expressed by the exhibitors of RobotHeart at BI-MU, at end of the event in 2022 – said Alfredo Mariotti, general manager of UCIMU-SISTEMI PER PRODURRE – has been confirmed by the high number of applications received to exhibit next October. To date, all the big players of the robotics sector have already confirmed that they will participate, to the benefit of the quality of the innovation on show. On this basis and considering the availability of Government incentives for the acquisition of state-of-the-art technologies, we can only expect excellent results from the next BI-MU. We are confident that RobotHeart will have even greater success than it did in the first edition”.
“After all – added Alfredo Mariotti – RobotHeart represents the leading event in Italy dedicated to the sector of industrial robots, aimed at all manufacturing sectors: mechanical engineering, machine tools, electronics, automotive, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, logistics, packaging, biomedical industry, cosmetics and so on. This special feature makes the event an opportunity of great appeal, in a country that keeps on achieving positive results in the sector”.
“Indeed, according to the latest official data from IFR, International Federation of Robotics – concluded Alfredo Mariotti - in 2022, Italy ranked sixth in the world with regard to the number of robots installed, with a 16% market share in the European Union and an 8% increase in installations, accounting for 11,475 units.
Sponsored by SIRI, the Italian Robotics and Automation Association, and organised by EFIM-ENTE FIERE ITALIANE MACCHINE, the second edition of RobotHeart will have as its key players, along with manufacturers and integrators, also universities and representatives of the academic and research world, spin-offs and start-ups, all of them depicting the multiple facets of a sector that is today crucial for the competitiveness of the industrial system, a winning synergy between robotic technology, artificial intelligence and creativity.
Finally, to complement the technological offerings at the exhibition, there will be several thematic in-depth events, organised mostly on the Robotics Day, on Friday, October 11: on that occasion, within the BI-MUpiù arena, in addition to the battery of speeches by the exhibiting companies, a rich program of meetings will be proposed by the main organizations representing the sector, such as IFR (International Federation of Robotics), SIRI, I-RIM (Italian Institute of Robotics and Intelligent Machines), AIIA (Italian Association for Artificial Intelligence), and UCIMU-SISTEMI PER PRODURRE.
