With over 187 thousand visitors, several thousands of exhibitors in 16 pavillions stretched across 110 thousand square meters of exhibition space, the 37th annual edition of SIGEP is destined to be world’s most important event in the artisan gelato, confectionery and artisan bakery industry and technology. SIGEP 2016 will take place from January 23rd to 27th at the Rimini Fiera, Expo Centre, in Rimini, Italy.

Machines Italia and the Italian Trade Commission network of offices in North America will be sponsoring a trip to Italy to attend SIGEP 2016, for qualified companies and food industry professionals. The trip includes complimentary airfare, 4-star hotel, meals, and ground transportation.
